Located within the prestigious sanctuary resort of Glenbrook, our South facing vacation home was built in the summer of 2005. This executive style Florida villa offers luxury living in spacious and well-appointed surroundings.

The property features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, lounge, family room, fully fitted kitchen, games room and separate utility room. The outside deck area houses a good sized swimming pool and spa, which provides the finishing touch to this superb villa.

With the Disney theme parks less than a 10 minute drive away, and a wide choice of shops and restaurants nearby, this is an ideal choice for your holiday venue.

Glenbrook has an on-site Clubhouse which allows our guests to take full advantage of the excellent resort facilities. Our vacation home is professionally managed by a local company to ensure that you receive the highest level of standards for your Florida vacation.

Pool & Spa

The fully screened swimming pool measures 13' x 26' with integrated bubble jet spa and waterfall feature. Loungers, chairs and patio furniture are provided, perfect for al-fresco dining and that relaxing poolside drink. Pool heating is available as an optional extra.

Family Room

A large room, with patio doors which open out onto the Pool deck. In addition to the dining table & chairs, we have included several comfortable sofas. A large screen TV, video, DVD and Playstation are provided for your entertainment.

Kitchen & Utility Room

The fully equipped fitted kitchen includes electric range, microwave oven, dishwasher, US-sized refrigerator and bar area with stools. The separate Utility Room has individual washer and dryer machines, with iron and ironing board included.

Formal Lounge

A peaceful room for relaxing in after a busy day, the lounge has both a two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa that doubles as a sleeper for one or two people. In this room, we have put in a CD stereo system, and a there is a formal dining area.

King Master Bedroom

A luxurious and well appointed Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. A 19-inch television set (cable) is included in this room.

Queen Master Bedroom

Featuring patio doors that open directly onto the pool deck, with a spacious en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. A 13-inch television set (cable) is included in this room.

Twin Rooms ( x 2)

Bedrooms 3 & 4 each contain two single beds, and between them share the 3rd bathroom. Each room has it's own 13-inch television set (cable).

Games Room

The Games Room is housed in our 360 square foot garage, which has been converted into a fantastic leisure space. The room is fitted with an 8-foot 'Eliminator' Pool Table, a Foose-Ball Table, Air-Hockey & Electronic Darts. All of the gaming equipment is to a 'professional' standard to ensure your maximum enjoyment from using it.

Also included is FREE DSL Broadband Internet access, with a Dell PC provided for the exclusive use of our guests and wireless access for laptop users.
