Sometimes you get a late cancellation, or it's getting close to an un-booked week. For Plus and Premium Plan clients, Specials let you call the shots and put a week (or any time period) on sale. Don't change your standard rates - you'll only have to change them back, plus renters won't be able to see how much they're saving if you just change your standard rate. It's easy to set up a Special in your Owner's Area. It's very similar to entering rates. When you add a Special, we instantly put it under a colored bar so it pops out on your listing page. As a bonus, your property also appears on our Specials page, that is always linked from our home page! And here's another reason to use Specials: Rental Alerts. Our Renters can ask to be notified when a Special occurs that matches what they are looking for. So when you enter a Special that meets a Renter's needs, they get an email. Then your property appears in their Renter's Area. It can be a great way to get your rate reduction noticed, and your property booked!
